Ground Pork

Ground pork is a versatile option to have in your kitchen arsenal.  It can be as basic as a pork burger, a base for memorable meatballs, or a secret ingredient in your next award winning chili.  

We don't raise run of the mill pork, we raise heritage breed pigs, usually Berkshires or a Berkshire cross.  These little piggies have more fat than your typical grocery store pig, which means more forgiveness when you cook it, and more flavor in the end.
