It doesn't get much better than this. This steak is named the Tenderloin for a reason. It is the most highly sought after steak we offer, and one that isn't in stock very long.
We hand-trim our tenderloin steaks to 1.5" thick to give you a portion size around 6-8 oz./each. It is a thickness which makes it easy to attain your favorite internal temperature, so don't stress about cooking this steak if you aren't a seasoned grillmaster.
