Pork Shoulder is one of the most universal cuts on a pig. Great for the crock pot, braising, or the smoker. Our heritage breed pigs produce a rich flavor with a little extra fat for cooking forgiveness and great mouthfeel.
Each roast is in the 3-4# range, vacuum sealed for maximum freshness.
