This subscription is for a mixed quarter beef delivered monthly, spread over 3 months. The quarter beef is divided into 3 bundles that are blends of steaks, roasts, stew meat and burger to give you a variety to cook from each month. Each quarter beef will have a minimum of 100# of beef in total and each package is approximately 33#. This is a mixed quarter, so it is not a front or rear quarter. It is half of a half of beef. Your package will be available the first Saturday of each month, and then bi-monthly afterwards in our self pick-up area at our farm. Pricing for this package is works out to about what you could buy good hamburger for at the grocery. By signing up to buy in bulk, you get all of your cuts, including steaks, for the price of hamburger.
