Oxtail- 1 Tail/pkg., cut to fit in vacuum sealed bag, otherwise it is complete. Great for making stocks, soups, stews and broth. Outer part of the tail has meat that will crumble off, inner part of oxtail slowly cooks out to give great flavor and mouthfeel to stocks/stews. Approximately 2-3#/pkg.
