Hamburger- 1# Packages

Our hamburger is what we are most known for.  A rich earthy flavor that you won't find in any supermarket.  All of our hamburger comes from one cow per batch.  Nothing added, blended or imported.

The fat content will vary slightly between each cow, but it is usually in the ballpark of 85-90% lean. 1# vacuum sealed packages. Save some money with our larger package sizes.
