This subscription is for a half beef delivered bi-monthly, spread over 12 months. The subscription is charged monthly, the fulfillment is bi-monthly. The half beef is divided into 6 bundles that are blends of steaks, roasts, stew meat and burger to give you a variety to cook from with each bundle. Each half beef will have a minimum of 200# of beef in total, and each bi-monthly package is approximately 30-35#.
Your package will be available the first Saturday of the month, and then bi-monthly on the first Saturday of the month in our self pick-up area at our farm. Pricing for this package is works out to about what you could buy good hamburger for at the grocery. By signing up to buy in bulk, you get all of your cuts, including steaks, for the price of hamburger.
