Beef brisket is a special cut of meat. It is a cut of meat that demands time. No rushing this well marbled muscle from the front quarter of the cow. Low and slow, however you choose to do it will yield a happy crowd.
Our briskets are sold boneless, vacuum sealed and flash frozen after dry aging a minimum of 7 days. Smaller briskets are usually 1/2 of a brisket. Medium, large and extra large briskets are whole briskets.
